Ribbit Developer Community

Ribbit is a provider of web based telephone communications. Part of their product offering includes a Flash Toolkit /API for integration of voice and rich communication features into your Flash applications. The toolkit is free but does require registration on their developer site http://developer.ribbit.com/register. Upon completion of the registration process you are offered a free $25 credit to use the service when testing your applications. You will be required to setup an account and provide credit card information. The API is copied to your flash components folder and is accessible from the flash interface

This product offers some functionality if you would like to add voice and rich communication features to your flash apps. However, you will most likely have to wrestle with it to get the desired results. The documentation is weak and there is virtually no tech support. The 4-5 hours I have spent with it have been frustrating.
